Tough Stuff Workshops are intensive training sessions which combine a wealth of knowledge with practical skill building activities. Participants learn by applying theory from brief lectures to their immediate interactions with one another, and by debriefing their learning experiences through quiet reflection or in partnership with other participants. Our experiential learning methods encourage leaders to give clear direction, take a stand for what they believe in, foster communication up and down the hierarchy, and connect with emotional intelligence to all levels of the organization.

“I didn’t really know what to expect in the beginning or how I could benefit from the class. At the end I can honestly say it helped me and will help me to be more assertive and a better leader.” - Nuclear Power Plant Participant

“The training gave opportunity to practice changing our emotional responses. This does not usually occur in a training setting.” - Nuclear Power Plant Participant
